Why vehicle-specific matters
Most Australian cars from the 2000s onward integrate the stereo with climate controls, vehicle settings and the factory camera. A universal double-DIN unit will not fit the dash opening and will cost you those functions. Every unit here is built around a specific dashboard, so it drops in and the factory controls keep working.
