GENOVA ships automotive electronics and accessories to Australia and selected international destinations where a shipping option is available at checkout.

Shipping options and charges

Available delivery methods and charges are shown at checkout based on the delivery address, product size and order contents. Some bulky, oversized or remote-area orders may have different delivery options or charges.

Order processing and tracking

Orders are prepared for dispatch after payment is confirmed and any required vehicle-fitment details have been checked. Where tracking is provided by the carrier, tracking information will be sent using the contact details supplied with the order.

Delivery estimates

Any delivery estimate shown at checkout or supplied by a carrier is an estimate rather than a guaranteed arrival date. Delays can occur because of carrier networks, customs, weather, remote locations or other circumstances outside GENOVA's direct control.

International orders

For international orders, customers are responsible for checking local import requirements. Duties, taxes or customs charges imposed by the destination country may be payable by the recipient unless checkout states otherwise.

Address accuracy and delivery issues

Please check the delivery address carefully before completing checkout. If an order has not arrived, arrives damaged, or the tracking information appears incorrect, contact GENOVA with the order number so the shipment can be investigated.
